For crinkle cuts, position the blade over food and slice down firmly. To create waffle cuts, slice food once vertically, rotate the food 90-degrees, make another vertical slice, and continue to rotate food 90-degrees after each slice. Use an up-and-down motion to chop food until desired texture is achieved.
