Bread & Bagel Slicer

We use the same blade for our Bread Slicer that is used on industrial bread slicing machines to make a bread knife the slices easily and cleanly through all kinds of bread.

The blade is stainless steel, double-ground and serrated and very thin.  These qualities allow the blade to slice easily through bread with simply a gentle sawing motion.  

Packaged in a clear sleeve to protect the blade and fingers when storing.

The handle is available in various hardwoods, Alder, Maple, and Walnut. The blade is made of stainless steel, double-ground and serrated and it is gaurenteed to never need sharpening.
